VEMURAFENIB is also used to treat a rare type of blood cell cancer called Erdheim-Chester disease. Vemurafenib also works for slowing the growth of certain cancer cells. ZELBORAF Manufactured by ROCHE Pharma Ltd. in Italy. VEMURAFENIB has to take orally twice a day with or without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of VEMURAFENIB are: Hair loss, dry skin , headache , nausea , vomiting , diarrhea , swelling of ankles/feet/hands.
