Indication & Dosage: Bratodx (Encorafenib), generic BRAFTOVI is a prescription medicine used to treat of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma with a BRAF V600E or V600K mutation, for adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) with a BRAF V600E mutation in combination with cetuximab, and for adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Encorafenib is not indicated for patients with wild-type BRAF melanoma, CRC, or NSCLC. Bratodx manufactured by Bigbear Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in Laos. Encorafenib has to take orally once a day with or without food as directed by patient’s doctor. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Encorafenib are: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, tiredness, abdominal pain, joint pain or swelling, dry/itching skin, constipation, or dizziness.
