Indication & Dosage: Regonix/ Regora (Regorafenib), generic Stivarga is a prescription medicine used to treat colorectal cancer, advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Regorafenib prevents the growth of tumors. Regonix/ Regora manufactured by Beacon Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Regorafenib has to take orally once a day until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity with a low-fat breakfast. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Regorafenib are: Diarrhea , pain/sores in the mouth/throat, changes in taste , dry mouth , loss of appetite , hair loss, voice changes, weight loss, or muscle stiffness.
