Indication & Dosage: Fruquin (Fruquintinib), generic Fruzaqla is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have previously received fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, an anti-VEGF therapy, and—if RAS wild-type and clinically appropriate—an anti-EGFR therapy. Fruquin manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Fruquintinib has to take orally once daily for 21 days with or without food as directed by patient doctor. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Fruquintinib are: Hypertension, Hand–foot skin reactions, Proteinuria, Dysphonia, Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Asthenia.
