Indication & Dosage: Zolomide (Temozolomide), generic Temodar is a prescription medicine used to treat malignant glioma (brain tumours), refractory anaplastic astrocytoma (a rare malignant brain tumor). Zolomide manufactured by Techno Drugs Ltd. in Bangladesh. Temozolomide has to take orally once a day on an empty stomach (Take at least 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after). Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Temozolomide are: Nausea , vomiting , loss of appetite, mouth sores , changes in taste, constipation, tiredness, dizziness , trouble sleeping, or headache .
