Originator: Actemra by GENENTECH · Manufacturer: Incepta Pharma. Indication & Dosage: Tolosa (Tocilizumab) is a prescription medicine used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adults. Tocilizumab is also used to treat rheumatoid arthritis in children (such as systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis-SJIA, polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis-PJIA). Tocilizumab helps to reduce pain and swelling due to rheumatoid arthritis. Tocilizumab may also be used to treat a reaction (Cytokine Release Syndrome-CRS) caused by certain cancer treatments.
