Indication & Dosage: Reknib (Entrectinib), generic ROZLYTREK is a prescription medicine used to treat adult patients diagnosed with ROS1-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as confirmed by an FDA-approved test. Entrectinib is approved for use in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with solid tumors harboring a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusion. These patients must be metastatic or facing the likelihood of severe morbidity following surgical resection, and must have experienced disease progression after treatment or have exhausted all available therapeutic options.
