Indication & Dosage: Ponatigen (Ponatinib), generic Iclusig is a prescription medicine used to treat a type of blood cancer which is chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) for whom no other tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) medicines are received. Ponatigen manufactured by General Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh. Ponatinib has to take 45mg orally once a day with or without food.
