Indication & Dosage: Pemitinib (Pemigatinib), generic PEMAZYRE is a prescription medicine used to treat of adults with previously treated, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (Bile duct cancer) with a fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion or other rearrangement. Pemigatinib is also used for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory myeloid/ lymphoid neoplasms (MLNs) with fibroblast rearrangement. Pemigatinib works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. It belongs to a class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. Pemitinib is manufactured by Everest Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh. Pemigatinib has to be taken orally with or without food as directed by your doctor.
