Indication & Dosage: Palcigen (Palbociclib), generic Ibrance is a prescription medicine used to treat hormone receptor (HR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative advanced breast cancer in women who have experienced menopause. Palcigen manufactured by General Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh. Palbociclib has to take orally once a day with food for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off treatment to comprise a complete cycle of 28 days.
