Indication & Dosage: Myfortic (Mycophenolate mofetil), generic Cellcept is a prescription medicine used to treat antimetabolite immunosuppressant indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in adult and pediatric recipients 3 months of age and older of allogeneic kidney, heart or liver transplants, in combination with other immunosuppressants. Mycophenolate mofetil works by weakening your body's defense system (immune system) to help your body accept the new organ as if it were your own. Myfortic manufactured by Novartis Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Mycophenolate mofetil has to take orally twice daily on an empty stomach, 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
