Indication & Dosage: MIDOTHAL(THALIDOMIDE), generic THALOMID is a prescription medicine used to treat certain skin conditions related to Hansen's disease, once known as leprosy (erythema nodosum leprosum). Thalidomide is also used to treat a certain type of cancer (multiple myeloma). THALIDOMIDE works in Hansen's disease by reducing swelling and redness (inflammation). THALIDOMIDE also reduces the formation of blood vessels that feed tumors. MIDOTHAL manufactured by Incepta pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. THALIDOMIDE has to take orally once a day.
