Indication & Dosage: Lucirit (Ritlecitinib), generic Litfulo, is a prescription medicine used to treat severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 and older. It's also being developed to treat vitiligo ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Ritlecitinib works by reducing the enzymes that cause inflammation and hair loss at the follicle. It's a kinase inhibitor that irreversibly inhibits Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and the tyrosine kinase expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (TEC) kinase. Lucirit manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd.
