Indication & Dosage: LuciRevu (Revumenib), generic REVUFORJ is a prescription medicine used to treat of relapsed or refractory acute leukemia with confirmed KMT2A (formerly MLL) gene rearrangements. As a menin inhibitor, it blocks the menin–KMT2A interaction that drives leukemic proliferation. Disruption of this pathway helps reestablish normal gene expression and promotes the differentiation of malignant cells. Revumenib is used in patients who have not responded to previous therapies or whose disease has recurred, and it is administered under specialist supervision with routine monitoring for potential adverse effects, including differentiation syndrome, hematologic abnormalities, liver enzyme elevations, and QT interval prolongation. LuciRevu manufactured by Lucius pharma Ltd. in Laos. Revumenib has to take orally twice daily with or without food.
