Indication & Dosage: Lucipret (Pretomanid), generic Dovprela is a prescription medicine used to treat of adults with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) that is resistant to isoniazid, rifamycins, a fluoroquinolone, and a second-line injectable antibacterial agent, as well as for those with TB resistant to isoniazid and rifampin who are either intolerant to or non-responsive to standard treatment regimens.
