Indication & Dosage: LUCIMITO (Mitotane), generic LYSODREN is a prescription medicine used to treat Adrenocortical carcinoma, Cushing's syndrome of the adrenal glands. Mitotane works by slowing the growth of or killing adrenal gland cells and also decreases the amount of hormones made by the adrenal gland. LUCIMITO manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Mitotane has to take orally once daily with fat-containing food 3 or 4 times as directed by patients doctor.
