Indication & Dosage: Lorbrexen (Lorlatinib), generic Lorbrena is a prescription medicine that is used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in patients who have a certain type of abnormal anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene. Lorlatinib is used in patients who have already received alectinib, ceritinib or both crizotinib and at least 1 other medicine to treat NSCLC that is caused by the ALK gene. Lorbrexen manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Lorlatinib has to take orally once a day with or without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Lorlatinib are: Tiredness, constipation, nausea / vomiting , diarrhea , numbness/ tingling of arms/ legs, swelling ankles/ feet/ hands, dizziness , headache , trouble sleeping, weight gain, muscle/ joint pain, or vision changes.
