Indication & Dosage: Laronib (Larotrectinib), generic Vitrakvi used to treat only in tumors with certain neurotrophic receptor kinase (NTRK) genes. A kinase is an enzyme that promotes cell growth. There are many types of kinases, which control different phases of cell growth. By blocking a particular enzyme from working, this medication can slow the growth of cancer cells. Laronib manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Larotrectinib has to take 100mg orally per day with or without food with a glass of water. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Larotrectinib are: Tiredness , dizziness , cough , constipation , swelling ankles/ feet/ hands, nausea , or vomiting .
