Indication & Dosage: Ivosenib (Ivosidenib), generic Tibsovo is a prescription medicine used to treat in combination with Ivosidenib and azacitidine for the treatment of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test in adult patients who are 75 years old or older or who have comorbidities that preclude use of intensive induction chemotherapy. Ivosidenib is also indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and previously treated, locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) with an isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test. Ivosenib is manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh.
