Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Gefitinib are: Nausea , Asthenia , Pyrexia , Alopecia , Hemorrhage (including Epistaxis and Hematuria), Dry mouth, Dehydration , Allergic reactions including angioedema and urticaria, Elevations in blood creatinine, and Pancreatitis.
