Indication & Dosage: Erivedge (VISMODEGIB) is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with a certain type of skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma). VISMODEGIB also works for adults with metastatic basal cell carcinoma, or with locally advanced basal cell carcinoma that has recurred following surgery or who are not candidates for surgery and who are not candidates for radiation. Erivedge manufactured by Roche Pharma Ltd. in Canada. VISMODEGIB has to take orally once a day with or without food.
