Indication & Dosage: CAPIVADX (Capivasertib), generic TRUQAP is a prescription medicine used to treat treatment of adult patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer harboring one or more PIK3CA, AKT1, or PTEN alterations. This indication applies to patients who have experienced disease progression on at least one endocrine-based therapy in the metastatic setting or recurrence within 12 months of completing adjuvant therapy. CAPIVADX manufactured by Bigbear Pharma Ltd. in Laos. Capivasertib has to take orally twice daily with or without food.
