Indication & Dosage: Calcent (Acalabrutinib), generic Calquence is a prescription medicine used to treat Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received at least one treatment for their cancer, or Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Calcent manufactured by Incepta Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Acalabrutinib has to take orally twice a day with or without food (about 12 hours apart). Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions (incidence rate ≥ 30%) of Acalabrutinib are: Anemia , neutropenia, upper respiratory tract infection, thrombocytopenia, headache , diarrhea and skeletal muscle pain.
