Indication & Dosage: Brukinsa (Zanubrutinib) is a prescription medicine used to treat Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received at least one prior treatment for their cancer. Zanubrutinib is also used to treat Waldenström's macroglobulinemia and Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) when the disease has come back or did not respond to treatment and who have received at least one certain type of treatment. Zanubrutinib works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Brukinsa manufactured by Beigene Ltd. Zanubrutinib has to take orally once or twice daily with or without food. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Zanubrutinib are: decreased white blood cells , upper respiratory tract infection , decreased platelet count, bleeding, rash , muscle or joint pain .
