Indication & Dosage: LuciApro (Aprocitentan), generic TRYVIO is a prescription medicine used to treat treatment of hypertension in adult patients whose blood pressure is insufficiently controlled with other antihypertensive therapies. It is used in combination with additional antihypertensive agents to effectively lower blood pressure. By reducing blood pressure, LuciApro helps mitigate the risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events, including strokes and myocardial infarctions. .LuciApro manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. in Laos. Aprocitentan has to take orally once a daily with or without food as directed by patient's doctor. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Aprocitentan are: Edema/fluid retention, anemia.
