Quinapril is also used to treat heart failure. Quinapril Hydrochloride works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily. Acuitel Manufactured by Pfizer Pharma Ltd. in TURKEY. Quinapril Hydrochloride has to take orally once or twice daily with/ without food.
