ZESTAT uses and dosage

ZESTAT (MIRTAZAPINE), generic Remeron, is a prescription medicine used to treat treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adults. It helps improve mood, relieve feelings of sadness and anxiety, and can also enhance sleep quality and appetite. Because of its sedative and appetite-stimulating effects, it is sometimes used off-label in patients with depression who experience insomnia, poor appetite, or weight loss. The medication should be prescribed and monitored by a qualified healthcare professional. ZESTAT manufactured by ABDI IBRAHIM Pharma Ltd. In Turkey. MIRTAZAPINE has to take usually started at 15 mg once daily at night, and may be increased to 30–45 mg per day depending on response, under doctor’s advice.

The most common side effects of MIRTAZAPINE are: Sleepiness, Increased appetite, Weight gain, Dizziness.
