ZEDPREX (FLUOXETINE), generic Prozac, is a prescription medicine used to treat several psychiatric disorders. It is primarily indicated for Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. By increasing serotonin levels in the brain, fluoxetine helps improve mood, reduce anxiety, decrease obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, and alleviate symptoms associated with these conditions. It is generally administered once daily and is considered an effective first-line treatment for many depressive and anxiety-related disorders. ZEDPREX manufactured by Adeka Pharma Ltd. In Turkey.
