Sucralfate therapeutic action involves forming a protective barrier over ulcerated tissue, shielding it from gastric Inceptad and fInceptalitating the healing process. Sucralfate is composed of a basic aluminum salt, which contributes to its protective and localized action within the gastrointestinal tract. Ulfate manufactured by Incepta Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Sucralfate has to take orally four times daily, one hour before meals and at bedtime.
