Lucirit uses and dosage

Lucirit (Ritlecitinib), generic Litfulo, is a prescription medicine used to treat severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 and older. It's also being developed to treat vitiligo ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Ritlecitinib works by reducing the enzymes that cause inflammation and hair loss at the follicle. It's a kinase inhibitor that irreversibly inhibits Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and the tyrosine kinase expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (TEC) kinase. Lucirit manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Ritlecitinib has to take orally once daily with or without food as directed by your patients doctor.

Lucirit side effects

The most common side effects of Ritlecitinib are: Diarrhea or dizziness, rash, itching/swelling, face/tongue/throat.
