It's also being developed to treat vitiligo ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Ritlecitinib works by reducing the enzymes that cause inflammation and hair loss at the follicle. It's a kinase inhibitor that irreversibly inhibits Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and the tyrosine kinase expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (TEC) kinase. Lucirit manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd.
