Dacomitinib is a highly effective for the treatment of rare EGFR gene mutations. Dacomitinib can be used as a replacement medicine for Afatinib after the treatment of the disease progresses. LuciDac manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. in Laos. Dacomitinib has to take orally once a day with or without food until the disease progresses or irreversible toxicity occurs. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Dacomitinib are: Rash , diarrhea , hair loss , mouth pain and sores, nail inflammation, decreased weight dry, common cold, dry skin, decreased appetite, red, itchy eyes, itching.
