Dacomitinib is a highly effective for the treatment of rare EGFR gene mutations. Dacomitinib can be used as a replacement medicine for Afatinib after the treatment of the disease progresses. Dacocent manufactured by Incepta Pharma Ltd. In Bangladesh. Dacomitinib has to take orally once a day with or without food until the disease progresses or irreversible toxicity occurs.
