About this medicine

LuciLena is a human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) capsid inhibitor indicated, in combination with other antiretroviral agents, for the treatment of adults with HIV-1 infection who: • have multidrug resistance; • are heavily treatment-experienced, having received multiple prior antiretroviral regimens; and • whose current antiretroviral regimen is failing because of resistance, intolerance or safety concerns.
