Originator: ZELBORAF by HOFFMANN LA ROCHE · Manufacturer: Roche Pharma. Indication & Dosage: ZELBORAF (VEMURAFENIB) is a prescription medication used to treat a type of skin cancer (melanoma). VEMURAFENIB is also used to treat a rare type of blood cell cancer called Erdheim-Chester disease. Vemurafenib also works for slowing the growth of certain cancer cells. ZELBORAF Manufactured by ROCHE Pharma Ltd. in Italy. VEMURAFENIB has to take orally twice a day with or without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of VEMURAFENIB are: Hair loss, dry skin , headache , nausea , vomiting , diarrhea , swelling of ankles/feet/hands.
