Indication & Dosage: Xpreza (Azacitidine), generic Vidaza is a prescription medicine used to treat blood/bone marrow disorders (myelodysplastic syndromes-MDS) in which the bone marrow does not produce enough healthy blood cells. Azacitidine also works by reducing refractory anemia or refractory anemia with ringed sideroblasts and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (cancers of the blood-forming cells of the bone marrow). Xpreza manufacturted by Natco Pharma Ltd. In India. Azacitidine has to take orally once daily with or without food. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Azacitidine are: Nausea , vomiting , diarrhea or constipation, tiredness , dizziness, muscle/ joint pain, or loss of appetite.
