Indication & Dosage: Tazedx (Tazemetostat), generic TAZVERIK is a prescription medicine used to treat of adults and pediatric patients aged 16 years and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma not eligible for complete resection, as well as for adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL) whose tumors are positive for an EZH2 mutation and who have received at least two prior systemic therapies, or for those with R/R FL who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options. Tazedx manufactured by Bigbear Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in Laos. Tazemetostat has to take orally twice daily with or without food as directed by patient’s doctor. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Tazemetostat are: Muscle/joint/abdominal pain, tiredness, constipation, diarrhea, headache, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite.
