Indication & Dosage: Sotoldx (Sotorasib), generic Lumakras is a prescription medicine used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery who have received at least one other treatment. Sotorasib is in a class of medication called KRAS inhibitors. Sotoldx manufactured by Bigbear Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Sotorasib has to take orally 960 mg (eight 120 mg tablets) orally once daily with or without food.
