Indication & Dosage: SOTALEX (Sotalol), Generic BETAPACE is a prescription medication used to treat of severe ventricular tachycardia, a condition that can be life-threatening. Sotalol is also prescribed for atrial fibrillation/ flutter associated with debilitating symptoms, including weakness and dyspnea. It helps to ease these symptoms. As a dual-action beta blocker and anti-arrhythmic agent, Sotalol effectively reduces heart rate, promoting a more stable and regular cardiac rhythm. SOTALEX Manufactured by Unimed UniHealth pharma Ltd. In Bangladesh. Sotalol has to take orally 1 to 3 times daily with or without food as directed by patient’s doctor.
