Indication & Dosage: Semedx (Selumetinib), generic KOSELUGO is a prescription medicine used to treat of symptomatic, inoperable plexiform neurofibromas (PN) in pediatric patients aged 2 years and older diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). Selumetinib mechanism of action involves the inhibition of tumor cell growth, thereby impeding disease progression. Semedx manufactured by Bigbear Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Selumetinib has to take orally twice daily about 12 hours apart with or without food as directed by patients doctor.
