Indication & Dosage: Selcaxen (Selpercatinib), generic Retevmo is a prescription medicine used to treat certain types of cancer such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), advanced thyroid cancer, advanced medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) in patients whose tumors have RET fusion-positive genes. Selpercatinib works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Selcaxen manufactured by Everest pharma Ltd. In Bangladesh. Selpercatinib has to take orally twice (every 12 hours) daily with/ without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Selpercatinib are: Dry mouth , diarrhea , constipation , headache , cough, swelling ankles/feet, nausea, vomiting, or fatigue .
