Indication & Dosage: Roxado (ROXADUSTAT), generic EVRENZO is a prescription medicine used to treat of adult patients with symptomatic anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD). ROXADUSTAT is a first-in-class, orally administered HIF-PH inhibitor that promotes erythropoiesis through increasing endogenous production of erythropoietin, as well as improving iron regulation and overcoming the EPO-suppressive effects of inflammation on haemoglobin syntheses and red blood cell production by downregulating hepcidin. Roxado is manufactured by Ziska Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. ROXADUSTAT has to take orally 3 times per week with or without food and not on consecutive days. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of ROXADUSTAT are: Hypertension , blood clot , diarrhoea , peripheral edema, hyperkalaemia and nausea. The above information comes from the Internet.
