Indication & Dosage: PYROTINIB MALEATE (PYROTINIB MALEATE), generic Irene is a prescription medicine used to treat of of HER2-positive breast cancer, particularly in patients with advanced or metastatic disease who have previously received therapies such as trastuzumab or chemotherapy, and it is commonly used in combination with capecitabine to improve treatment outcomes, as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), it works by irreversibly blocking HER2 and EGFR receptors involved in cancer cell growth and proliferation, thereby helping to slow tumor progression and control the disease, while it is also currently being studied for potential use in other HER2-positive cancers, including gastric cancer and additional solid tumors. PYROTINIB MALEATE manufactured by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharma Ltd. in China. Pyrotinib Maleate has to take orally once daily with food.
