PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE is also used to prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery. PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE works by blocking one of the body's natural substances ( serotonin ) that causes vomiting. PALONEX manufacturted by MS PHARMA Ltd . In Turkey. PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE has to take by injection into a large vein (central line) by a professional doctor. usually 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy or right before the start of surgery.
