PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE is also used to prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery. PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE works by blocking one of the body's natural substances ( serotonin ) that causes vomiting. PALONDEM manufacturted by FARMA-TEK Pharma Ltd. In Turkey. PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE has to take by injection into a large vein (central line) by a professional doctor. usually 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy or right before the start of surgery.
