Indication & Dosage: Mexohar (MEXILETINE), generic MEXITIL is a prescription medicine used to treat of serious and life-threatening arrhythmias (such as sustained ventricular tachycardia). MEXILETINE restores and maintains normal and regular heart rhythm. MEXILETINE is an anti-arrhythmic drug that blocks abnormal electrical signals in the heart. MEXILETINE reduces the risk of blood clots, heart attack, and stroke by treating arrhythmias. Mexohar is manufactured by Cipla Pharma LTD. in India. MEXILETINE has to take orally 2 or 3 times daily with food as directed by patient’s doctor. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of MEXILETINE are: Nausea , vomiting , heartburn , dizziness , lightheadedness , vision problems (such as blurred vision), headache, shaking, nervousness, or problems with muscle control (coordination difficulties).
