Indication & Dosage: LuciRip (Ripretinib), generic Qinlock, is a prescription medicine used to treat of adult patients with advanced or metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have previously received three or more kinase inhibitor therapies, including Imatinib, Sunitinib, and Regorafenib. Ripretinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets KIT and PDGFRA mutations, helping to block abnormal signaling pathways responsible for tumor cell growth. By inhibiting these pathways, it helps slow or prevent the progression of tumor cells, particularly in patients whose disease has advanced despite prior standard treatments. LuciRip manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Ripretinib has to take orally once daily with or without food. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Ripretinib are: Hair loss, Tiredness or weakness, Nausea (feeling like vomiting), Muscle or joint pain, Diarrhea or constipation, Loss of appetite, Hand-foot skin reaction (redness, pain, or peeling on palms or soles).
