Indication & Dosage: LuciRes (Resmetirom), generic REZDIFFRA is a prescription medicine used to treat of adults diagnosed with noncirrhotic nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) accompanied by moderate to advanced liver fibrosis. NASH involves the accumulation of fat in the liver, which leads to inflammation and potentially severe liver complications over time. It improves fibrosis by at least one stage with no worsening of the NAFLD activity score. Resolves NASH with no worsening of fibrosis. Resmetirom functions by reducing hepatic fat accumulation, potentially halting disease progression. It Reduces hepatic fat content, elevaled liver enzymes, and fibrosis biomarkers in NASH patients.
