Indication & Dosage: Luciniro (Nirogacestat), generic OGSIVEO, is a prescription medicine used to treat of adult patients with progressing desmoid tumors who require systemic therapy. Desmoid tumors, also known as aggressive fibromatosis, are rare soft tissue neoplasms that can be locally invasive and cause significant morbidity. Luciniro manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Nirogacestat has to take orally twice daily with or without food.
