Indication & Dosage: LuciMird (Mirdametinib), generic Gomekli is a prescription medicine used to treat of adult and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) who have symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas that are not amenable to complete surgical resection. As a MEK inhibitor, mirdametinib targets the dysregulated RAS/MAPK signaling pathway associated with NF1, thereby reducing tumor burden and improving disease-related symptoms, including pain, functional impairment, and disfigurement caused by these tumors. LuciMird manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Mirdametinib has to be take orally twice daily for 21 days of each 28-day cycle, with or without food.
