Indication & Dosage: Lucileter (Letermovir), generic PREVYMIS is a prescription medicine used to treat of prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection and disease in adult CMV-seropositive recipients of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplants (HSCT). Letermovir works by inhibiting the growth of the CMV virus, thereby reducing the risk of serious infections such as CMV retinitis, which can lead to blindness. Lucileter manufactured by Lucius Pharmaceutical Ltd. in Laos. Letermovir has to take orally once a day with or without food as directed by patient’s doctor.
